Homosexuals March in Madrid Cheering Bestiality and Demanding
Affective-Sexual Diversity in Schools

“I like dogs, I like apples, in my bed I sleep with whomever I want,” was one of the principal chants in the Gay Pride Parade last week in Madrid, where hundreds of thousands marched through the streets to advocate “gay rights” and homosexualist ideology, according to local media reports.

The parade featured a wide array of men dressed in sadomasochistic leather outfits, while others wore bikinis, covered their bodies with makeup and paint, and sported elaborate and colorful headgear.

Among other slogans too obscene to reprint, marchers denounced religious leaders, chanting, “Priest, imam, or rabbi, don’t block my path.”

The theme of this year’s march was “Education Without Closets,” the goal of which is to promote “affective-sexual diversity” in the nation’s school, a concept which organizers reportedly described as “a political instrument to normalize homosexuality in schools” and to “avoid damaging homophobia, transphobia, and biphobia in future generations.”

Organizers have created a video showing high school scenes with teenage homosexual couples embracing and kissing each other on the lips, while being socially rejected or bullied by peers.  A magic wand with the word “education” is then waved, and opponents are transformed into supporters…more…

India to Issue all 1.2 Billion Citizens With Biometric ID Cards
www.timesonline.co.uk

It is surely the biggest Big Brother project yet conceived. India is to issue each of its 1.2 billion citizens, millions of whom live in remote villages and possess no documentary proof of existence, with cyber-age biometric identity cards.

The Government in Delhi recently created the Unique Identification Authority, a new state department charged with the task of assigning every living Indian an exclusive number. It will also be responsible for gathering and electronically storing their personal details, at a predicted cost of at least £3 billion.

The task will be led by Nandan Nilekani, the outsourcing sage who coined the phrase “the world is flat”, which became a mantra for supporters of globalisation. “It is a humongous, mind-boggling challenge,” he told The Times. “But we have the opportunity to give every Indian citizen, for the first time, a unique identity. We can transform the country.”

Tsunami Warning Cancelled After 7.8 Quake

New Zealand was spared a destructive tsunami after a magnitude-7.8 earthquake struck off its South Island, the U.S. Pacific Tsunami Warning Center said.

A tsunami warning issued by the center was in effect for about 2 1/2 hours after the quake hit at 9:22 p.m. New Zealand time yesterday, with the residents of Auckland and Wellington advised of a possible threat, according to e-mailed alerts. No other countries in the Pacific were affected. The quake was followed by a magnitude-5.8 aftershock 19 minutes later.

Sea-level readings indicated a tsunami had been generated by the temblor, the center said, though there was no report of any impact. At Jackson Bay, the sea had risen 0.17 meter (6.7 inches) above normal, the agency said. The coastal area near the epicenter is sparsely populated and includes Fiordland National Park.

“When no major waves are observed for two hours after the estimated time of arrival or damaging waves have not occurred for at least two hours then local authorities can assume the threat is passed,” the center said. “Danger to boats and coastal structures can continue for several hours due to rapid currents.”

The temblor struck 150 kilometers (95 miles) west-northwest of Invercargill on the South Island, at a depth of 35 kilometers, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The earthquake shook buildings as far away as Christchurch, the biggest city on the South Island and 532 kilometers to the northeast of the epicenter.

Episcopal Church… No Clear Gospel to Proclaim
www.onenewsnow.com

A conservative Anglican theologian says the Episcopal Church is experiencing a large membership decline because it’s espousing neither a biblical gospel nor a New Testament understanding of evangelism.

Episcopal Presiding Bishop Catherine Jefferts Schori acknowledged Monday that 19,000 more members die each year than are born or baptized into the denomination — a trend she hopes to reverse through “evangelism.” Jefferts Schori said Episcopalians “for a long time didn’t do active evangelism,” and now “need to be sent out into the world to take the good news of Jesus.” Her emphasis on evangelism comes just days after she said individual salvation is a “heresy.”

Dr. Kendall Harmon is Canon Theologian for The Episcopal Diocese of South Carolina. He is deeply troubled with the presiding bishop’s understanding of evangelism as well as with the current practice of evangelism in the Episcopal Church.

Harmon believes evangelism involves three things: welcoming newcomers into the church, bringing the un-churched into a relationship with Christ, and reaching out to those who have drifted away from the church.

Obama Health Care Plan Will Provide Taxpayer-Funded Abortion on Demand
www.cnsnews.com

Democrats in both the House and the Senate want abortion be included as a health benefit in both government and private insurance plans, leading to millions more abortions, a Republican lawmaker warned.

Taxpayer money would be used to pay for abortions in the government-run health care option.

But congressional Republicans, strongly opposed to an abortion requirement in health care reform, are pushing for a ban on using taxpayer money to pay for such procedures.

On Tuesday, pro-life members of Congress said the plan’s approach to abortion is essentially the same as the Freedom of Choice Act, which would strip states’ right to limit abortion, establish abortion on demand across the country and allow federal funds to pay for the procedure.

“It’s really trying to pass the Freedom of Choice Act through this legislation and wipe out all state law — state law that abides by the Constitution, abides by everything that was said by the Supreme Court under Roe v. Wade,” Rep. Phil Gingrey (R-Ga.) said Tuesday at a Capitol Hill press conference.
