Apocalyptic Storm Forming in the Middle East
bible-prophecy-today.blogspot.com

Events are moving so quickly in the epicenter it can be difficult to keep track of, much less understand the big picture. So here it is in a sentence: An apocalyptic storm is forming over the Middle East.

Consider the data points:

Iran has just been caught secretly building a 2nd uranium enrichment facility on a military base in the religious capital of Iran, a city known as Qom;

A growing number of Western military analysts say the design of this new facility — and its secrecy, and location — clearly indicates it was being built by Iran for the purpose of creating nuclear weapons;

Iran has thus been caught in its third lie since 2002 with regards to building secret nuclear development facilities in Natanz, Arak, and now Qom;

Ahmadinejad refused four times during his NBC News interview last week to rule out the building of nuclear weapons;…more…

Iran Says Advanced Missiles Can Target Any Threat
news.yahoo.com

Iran tested its longest-range missiles Monday and warned they can reach any place that threatens the country, including Israel, parts of Europe and U.S. military bases in the Mideast. The launch capped two days of war games and was condemned as a provocation by Western powers, which are demanding Tehran come clean about a newly revealed nuclear facility it has been secretly building.

The tests Sunday and again Monday added urgency to a key meeting this week between Iran and the five permanent members of the U.N. Security Council and Germany — an international front seeking clear answers about the direction of its nuclear program.

Rapture Near… Part III

The Antichrist spirit is alive and well. No big surprise, right? But the demonstrable fact that it is alive and well at this very moment within so-called Christian church organizations across America is a staggering reality to consider.

Here’s what John the apostle, through divine inspiration, had to say two thousand years ago:

Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. Iran Conducts Third Round of Missile Tests

Iran said it successfully test-fired the longest-range missiles in its arsenal on Monday, weapons capable of carrying a warhead and striking Israel, U.S. military bases in the Middle East, and parts of Europe.

State television said the powerful Revolutionary Guard, which controls Iran’s missile program, successfully tested the medium-range Shahab-3 and Sajjil solid-fuel missiles with ranges up to about 1,200 miles (2,000 kilometers). It was the third round of missile tests in two days of drills by the Guard.

The war games come at a time when Iran is under intense international pressure to fully disclose its nuclear activities. They began Sunday, two days after the U.S. and its allies disclosed that Iran had been secretly developing an underground uranium enrichment facility and warned the country it must open the site to international inspection or face harsher international sanctions…more…

Iran Warns Israel of Last Breath if it Attacks
in.reuters.com

Iran’s defence minister warned arch-foe Israel on Monday against launching any attack on the Islamic Republic, saying it would only speed up the Jewish state’s own demise.

“If this happens, which of course we do not foresee, its ultimate result would be that it expedites the Zionist regime’s last breath,” Defence Minister Ahmad Vahidi said on state television.

Israeli leaders have repeatedly expressed alarm over Iran’s nuclear ambitions and refused to rule out pre-emptive military action to stop Iran developing an atomic weapon.

Iran, which says its nuclear work is for peaceful power generation, has often shrugged off the possibility of any such strikes.

Vahidi, a former Revolutionary Guards commander, said that in the event of an Israeli attack its “lifespan, which is today coming to an end, would be speeded up.”

He added that the “Zionist regime”, the term Iran uses for Israel, was on a “slope of destruction”…more…
